A beautifully luxurious lightweight Duchesse silk satin in shimmering ivory. Duchesse satin is a true luxury fabric that is mostly used for bridal dresses. It has a much "denser" weave than other satins making it slightly stiffer and the face has a beautiful lustre from being polished. If used for a dress on your doll it probably has enough strength to hold the doll up.
