– Vintage – Fine and lightweight silk twill with deep burgundy and old gold 8mm squares, each with a flower stem in the centre. Twill fabric, by it’s very nature is quite a lively fabric. The threads are tightly wound giving it “spring”. It Pleats well but if you want to gather it, it will take double stitching. It is worth it though. This is a really lovely fabric and would be wonderful for many projects.
