Japanese – Vintage silk crepe in a lovely shaded sky blue “Tsunami” pattern. There is a highly polished silk filament woven in that gives this fabric added sparkle, and to add to it there are satinised flower stems scattered on the fabric with some parts finely embroidered with silver and white. This really is a lovely fabric. Although easy to work with, the placement of the flowers would have to be just right to accent a garment, curtains or furniture backs or seats – but it can be done!
