A pretty dark green Italian twill fabric with rows of tiny red, blue, yellow and orange flowers. The reverse has the same pattern but the colours of the flowers are muted. Silk twill is slightly "springy" but it pleats well. If you want to gather it I would recommend 2 rows of stitching. It will make excellent clothing or soft furnishings.
